Facility Rates:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for all rentals. The Event Center cannot hold dates without this deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to the event. Rentals made within 60 days of the event date must pay in full. Please review our cancelation policy below.

Facility Rates Include:

Set-up includes tables and chairs.
Seating capacities do not take into account the addition of a stage, dance floor, or bar.
10-hour rental block between the hours of 7am-10pm.
Hallway is only included in Entire Building rentals.

$50 per meeting with an annual lease agreement of monthly meetings (must have a minimum of 12 meetings); subject to availability.

Event Security:

Security Officer Fee: $40 per hour per Officer
A Security Officer(s) is required for:

Any event serving alcohol
Events held for youth with over 100 attendees
At the discretion of the Statesville Police Department

A Security Officer is required for every 100 people in attendance.
Security Officers must be paid at a minimum of 3 hours.

Alcohol Permitting:

Alcohol Agreement: $100 (Must be paid if serving any form of alcohol)
ABC Permitting: $50 (Must be paid in addition to the Alcohol Agreement if serving liquor or selling beer and wine)
