The company for which I work closed its Statesville office so we all work remotely now. There are times when we need to meet in person and I have rented rooms at the Civic Center. The people were fabulous to work with and they had everything set up and ready for us. They were quick to respond and give assistance when we needed something extra. I would highly recommend using them for an event.
